Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition with tags attached
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

Shipping Costs

Please note that while eligible items can be returned within the 14-day period, shipping charges are non-refundable.

As a growing small business, we are currently unable to refund original shipping costs.

Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
